Warranty

Pro Seat Covers come with a 2 year warranty for fit, workmanship & normal wear. We will replace any sections that have worn due to normal use, have a material defect or fitment problem, free of charge.


Please note:


  • Although our slip-on seat covers do have an industry leading fit, they are not an upholstery replacement kit.
  • Customers are 100% responsible for their choice of color, fabric and correct seat style for their vehicle.
  • Please make sure you have read the detailed description of the fabrics before ordering.

Installation


  • Please note that incorrect installation of seat covers can result in an improper fit.
  • Please consult our installation instruction page prior to installation.

Replacement Covers


  • If there is a problem with the fit or workmanship, simply send in a digital picture of the problem area and we will replace that section free of charge.

Cancelling Orders


  • Orders more than 2 days old have gone into production & therefore cannot be cancelled unless they have taken longer than 10 working days to ship.

Returning Covers


  • If the fitment issue cannot be resolved, you may return the seat covers within 15 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
  • All returns must have digital pictures of the fitting or workmanship error to be given return authorization.
  • You must call 888-821-1066 or 604-216-1106 for a Return Authorization Number before returning.
  • All returns must be sent pre-paid in the original box to the address given with your Return Authorization number.
  • All returns must be clean & in original condition.
  • If you thinking of giving our seat covers as a gift, please ask about our gift certificates.

Pictures


  • In order for us to process a return, a digital photograph clearly showing the entire seat is needed. Please do not send close up photographs of where your seat cover may be fitting incorrectly. We will be better able to determine the overall problem from a photograph of the entire seat.
